Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy.

Refunds:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, excluding shipping cost.

Returns:

If the product you receive is defective or damaged, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at e-mail with the details of the issue and we will provide you with a return authorization number. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will replace it or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the desired product.

Exceptions:

The following products are not eligible for a refund or return:

– Products that have been customized or personalized

– Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

– Gift cards

We reserve the right to reject any refund or return request that does not comply with our policy.
